Who takes backups
Backups of the platform database are taken by the Takshiva platform team. We do not publish a backup frequency or recovery-time promise on this page.
Restore is tested
A backup and restore drill exists: it takes a consistent dump, restores it into a fresh database, compares counts and structure and starts the application on it. Backups are only useful if they restore, so this is how we check.
Your own copy
You can export your records at any time from Settings, Data Management. See data migration.
Specific needs
