Takshiva (the Saarthi Education OS) is a management platform for educational institutions. It covers admissions, student records, fees, attendance, exams, timetable, homework, communication, transport, library, hostel, HR and payroll, accounting and reports in one system.
Schools, coaching institutes, colleges, universities, training institutes and academies, whether single-branch or multi-branch. Each role (admin, teacher, student, parent, accountant, driver and others) gets its own login.
Yes. Takshiva runs in your browser on our India-hosted cloud. It can also run on-premise on your own server if you need full control.
No. The web app works in any modern browser on desktop or tablet. Role-based Android apps are available as well.
Yes. Book a demo and our team will walk you through the product, or open the live demo school yourself from the sign-in page (a real, seeded school, no signup).
Students are unlimited on every plan. The number of logins by role depends on your plan: Basic includes admin logins, Professional adds teacher, staff, student and parent logins, and Enterprise includes all 10 roles.
